I like to keep active. Whether it’s running, swimming, lifting weights, playing soccer; always with lots of enthusiasm if not much talent. Other hobbies that I keep coming back to over the years have included playing chess and taking piano lessons off and on. I like to read; mostly medical journals or textbooks.

I am interested in languages and speak bits and pieces of Spanish, Italian and French. I like travelling and especially meeting people from different cultures.
